Waterproof Wireless Speaker

I sometimes wonder how spoiled we can get. And you don’t even have to pay a fortune to have some of these gizmos. Take for example the waterproof wireless speaker, which floats on water so you can enjoy your tunes in the pool, or bath even. Waaay too spoiled, I tell you.

The gimmicky waterproof speaker has an effective range of up to a claimed 600 feet, working on the 2.4Ghz wireless frequency and can apparently connect to up to 50 devices. Now that makes a lot of sense; connect your entire collection of players to one or two of these speakers and then try to figure out who sings what, where and how.

The speaker requires 6 AAA batteries and the wireless transmitter only 3. It’s got an additional 3.5mm jack input so you can use it as a standard speaker. That curvy design also lets users place an MP3 player in it as it floats, but be careful if you are at a pool party and want to make a big splash.

A series of blue LEDs are integrated in the spherical transmitter and speakers, adding some modded personality to the system. The total output of only 2 x 2 Watts recommends it as a bath tub companion rather than a pool party maker. If you really are that spoiled and need this stuff, check out this site.
