Computer Speakers 4.1 Souround

There are so many things to do when staying at the computer, and almost all of them are needing some sound too. That’s why people made the computer speakers. A long time ago the speakers were very small and integrated on the main board, but today all the speakers are external (except for the ones integrated in the laptops). Usually you’ll get some simple stereo speakers with your PC, or some integrated speakers with your laptop. But they are not so good and powerful and that’s why many are choosing to buy some new speakers. There are many possibilities for you, depending on what you want to use the speakers for, and what your budget is. If you just want to listen to some classical or light music, then you can stay with the speakers you got, or buy some stereo speakers that are a little better. But if you want a little more than this, then you can get a 2.1 system. Beside the 2 small speakers it also has a subwoofer, for a better sound quality with bass included. But if you are looking for the best audio experience possible, then you should get a surround sound system. These kinds of system are having a center channel (which bring the high sounds, such as voices in a movie or a song), a subwoofer (which brings the deep bass from a song or a movie) and a few satellite speakers (which are giving you that surround feeling). The combination of all of them will result a nice and powerful audio quality. The surround systems may be 5.1 (with 4 satellites, a subwoofer, and a center channel), 7.1 (with 6 satellites, a subwoofer, and a center channel) but they can also be 4.1 (4 satellites and a subwoofer).
The 4.1 computer surround speakers are somewhere between the 2.1 and 5.1. They are not as powerful as a 5.1 system because they don’t have a center channel, but they are also better than a 2.1 system because of 2 extra speakers. By placing all the 4 speakers into the correct arrangement, you will get that surround feeling. They also feature a subwoofer for a nice and deep bass.

In this article we’ll discuss more about some models of 4.1 computer surround speakers. First we’ll talk about the MidiLand MLI 452 speakers. It is a pretty nice system with a simple and compact design. Due to the small dimensions it will allow you to save a lot of space from your desk. It also has a small control unit, which has the on / off button and the volume knob. The price is very low, somewhere around 20 dollars. So this one is really good if you don’t have a lot of money to spend on speakers. The total power of the system is 22 watts RMS, which are divided into 3 watts for each satellite speaker and 10 watts for the subwoofer. The frequency response for the speakers is between 300 Hz and 18.000 Hz so it means it will give you a nice sound, through all the sound ranges (highs, mids and lows). Like we said it is very small, and the dimensions for the satellites are 3.43 inches width x 3.54 inches depth x 3.82 inches height. The subwoofer has 4.94 inches in width, 8.25 in depth and 6.94 in height. The reviews for this product are pretty good, and users were happy with the product. So enjoy it too!

Some other 4.1 speaker are the Cable Showcase 60 PS – 70500. The price for them is also very low – 17 dollars. As you can notice the 4.1 surround systems are a very cheap alternative to a 5.1 or 7.1 audio system. The power for these speakers is 880 watts. But don’t think that this is the real power, because this is the PMPO (peak music power output) power. This is the power used when the speakers are connected to a TV or another audio component, The real power is the RMS and this is the power that the speakers are using when connected to a computer or MP3 player. Unfortunately the RMS power is not specified for these speakers. But we are guessing it is somewhere around 20 watts RMS. This is not much, but what can you expect for just 17 dollars? There are not even any ratings of reviews for this product, so we’ll let you try it and tell us all about it.

Some speakers that are more expensive, but also much better are the Sony SRS – D4100. The price for this 4.1 system is somewhere around 100 dollars. It has a pretty cool design and also a nice sound quality. It will be just great for a small room, bringing you a good gaming or music experience. The speakers are also magnetically shielded, so that they can be placed close to the monitor without interfering with it. The system also features a wired remote, that has the controls for power volume and bass, and also has a headphones jack. The producer says that the subwoofer has 80 watts of power and 12 watts for the satellites. We are not quite sure if 12 watts is for each speaker, or for all four of them? But we think that it refers to the power of all the speakers, because they are just too small and cheap to have such a big power. But if the power of the subwoofer is correct, that means this system is quite powerful and will give you a great bass. The frequency response is from 30 Hz to 20.000 Hz, that means you will easily have all the sound ranges.

Let’s present just one more 4.1 system, and we’ll choose the Kinyo Game Zone TA-927 system. It has a nice and simple design and will also give you a good sound. It is made especially to be used in video games, and will give you some great surround sensations (for example you will feel that someone is behind you) and also a deep bass (when it is an explosion in the game, you will feel the ground shaking due to the subwoofer).

The frequency range is from 20.000 Hz all the way down to 50 Hz and the total power is 6 watts for each speaker. It also has color-coded jacks for an easier installation.
