Griffin Evolve wireless speaker is the perfect example and is worth to have it. Griffin declared in the press conference about the kind of innovation and changes that need to be made in music streaming devices, the device that has both technology and style to offer. Griffin has made a good entry by launching Evolve Wireless Speakers which is a good success and is highly accepted by the market.

The best part with this speaker is that it is wireless and this features makes it different from rest of the iPod docks, remote speakers that runs only with AC adapters. Cubical shaped Griffin speakers are really good for delivering high quality music with perfect combination of treble and bass. An internal battery used in Evolve Wireless Speaker is so powerful that it can give back up of 10 hours continuously. There is a nice groove present at the back side of the speaker that charges the speaker and helps in grabbing it easily. This speaker works best with Apple’s iPod but if you don’t have one of these, you can play any MP3 player on it. It has got a sleek design that consist of long docking system, two cube-shaped wireless speaker each having 4-inch drivers. You can play any iPod that has a dock connector with this Evolve wireless speaker. Back side of this speaker consists of RCA, S-Video connector that can be used to watch videos from your iPod on an external source or screen. Front portion consist of simple playing controls for playing and skipping musical tracks. If you have this wireless speaker with you then forget charging your iPod separately as the dock of this speaker also charges iPod along with wireless speakers.

It’s the speakers of Griffin that differentiate it with rest series of speakers. All you have to do is just plug speakers from the cradle and you can listen your favorite tracks in any room you would like to as it has range of 150 foot with speakers. You will find signals strong and sharp resulting in unique quality of sound dispersion from the speakers. Even if you block speakers from the dock by keeping it in a corner or behind couches, you will not hear any kind of humming or break in playing track. With increase in distance of speakers from the dock, you would notice some minute variation in bass quality that would be perfect if speakers would have been placed on the dock. It’s true that in the beginning you will get impressed by the battery strength of the speakers but the downside of Griffin Evolve Wireless speaker is that its battery is not replaceable.

I am sure that Griffin would come with some solution for such minute problem, so if you are looking for wireless speakers then trust me you would find it difficult to find fault in high quality Griffin Evolve Wireless speaker.

Wireless Connectivity Computer Speakers

Published by adimoga, on May 31st, 2010, in the categories: wireless

If you own a portable computer then this article is intended for you, but the information which I am going to provide here can be used in the case of the regular computers as well. If you own a portable computer I am certain that one of the aspects that you are disappointed with, are the speakers. The portable computers have internal speakers which are able to provide the sound but the quality is very weak. If you would like to be able to hear the sound in its fullest quality and clarity, then the best choice would be to buy some speakers. Since the portable computer is not attached to anything, I am certain that you would like the speakers to be built in the same manner, and because of that you would like to buy wireless computer speakers.

First of all in order to be able to use the wireless computer speakers you would need whether a Bluetooth connection, or a USB one, otherwise the speakers will not work. These wireless speakers will be powered by batteries which would require change once in a while but that will not be such a big issue. The price is important when choosing these speakers, because as you can imagine, the cheapest ones will not be as good as the more expensive ones. I am not saying to go an buy the ones which are the most expensive, but you should not get cheap either otherwise you will regret it.

There are various advantages that come with using the wireless computer speakers. First of all, these wireless speakers allow a greater flexibility in positioning. Since the speakers are wireless you can place them anywhere you like as long as they are in the room where the computer is located. You no longer have to worry about wires and other similar inconveniences. The connectivity is much better when using the wireless speakers. Like I said, you will only need a USB port, which is present in all the computers, or a Bluetooth connection. You will not have to worry about which Jack goes in which plug and so on.

A great aspect regarding the freedom of placing the speakers wherever you want is the fact that you can place them in such a manner in which you would construct a mini-surround system. If you place them in such position, the process of watching movies, or playing games, and so on will be enhanced, and the experience will be much more enjoyable. The most important aspect is the lack of wires and cables, which will make the desk or the working space look much more organized, and professional. It will help you with your work as well.

Computer Speakers Wireless

Published by HqSpeakers, on March 12th, 2010, in the categories: computer, wireless

The computer technologies really advanced in the last decades, and today we can find very small and light computers  (the notebooks ) that are also very powerful and capable of doing advanced tasks. Along with the evolution of the computer, all of its components advanced too. For example the monitors got thinner and thinner, the video cards got more and more advanced, the hard drives became bigger, the mice and keyboards can be wireless and so on.

And it’s the same with the computer speakers. Not only that some models are really small, and also powerful and capable of giving a good sound but some speakers are now wireless. So you don’t have to worry anymore about the length of the audio cable, and you can place the speakers anywhere you want in the room and be sure that you have the best sound possible. But you can go even further and place the speakers in other rooms of your house.

When buying some wireless speakers they will come with a transmitter, which has to stay near the computer. Every transmitter has a specific range (for example 100 feet) and you will have to keep the speakers into that range. So this means that you can even take the speakers outside the house, and they will still work.

There are many advantages for the wireless speakers but there are also negative aspects. Since they are quite new on the market, the wireless technology is not perfect yet. So it may happen that some wireless speakers may interfere with other devices from your home, and the sound won’t be crystal clear. Also specified maximum range of the speakers may vary depending on the environment.

For example if you have thick walls or many other obstacles in the house, it will be more difficult for the sound waves to travel, and they won’t reach as far as they should. But anyway…if you don’t want to be restrained by the wires and you wish to have total freedom when choosing where to place your speakers, then you can buy some wireless ones.

Now let’s discuss about a specific model of wireless speakers, and we’ll choose the mimi Wireless USB Speaker System. This is quite an interesting product but it is a wireless speaker but can also be considered an USB speaker. And this is because the transmitter is actually a very small device that needs to be plugged into an USB port. It looks just like a USB stick. So you can connect this device to your computer or notebook and then take the very small speaker anywhere you want. So you can enjoy your favorite music in the bedroom, living room, kitchen and even in the bathroom.

Simply connect the USB stick and then play your favorite music files. The speaker can last for up to 6 hours so you will have a lot of time to relax and enjoy your favorite music anywhere in the house. And once the battery runs out, you can simply recharge it via USB. The range for the transmitter is 50 m, so if you have it in this range you can even take the speaker outside the house.

As you can notice the speaker is quite really small, and also good looking and the sound offered will be good too. The price for this device is 52 dollars, which is not that much compared to other wireless speakers. So enjoy it, and if you bough a mini Wireless USB Speaker System just share all your opinions with us, no matter if they are positive or negative.

Indoor/Outdoor Stereo Speakers

Published by HqSpeakers, on February 20th, 2010, in the categories: wireless

The computers had evolved so much in the last decades, and along with them all of their components had evolved too. So the internal components got smaller and smaller but also more powerful, the monitors got thinner and thinner but also with a higher quality, and the computer speakers also got smaller and with advanced technologies included.

Most of the new computers come with a default set of speakers, and these are usually some small stereo speakers, that don’t sound so good. And that’s why many people are choosing to buy some new speakers for their computer. There are many possibilities for you…for example you can buy an audio system.

These can be 2.1 systems (that have 2 stereo speakers and a subwoofer) or surround sound systems (5.1 or 7.1 – that have 4 or 6 satellite speakers, a subwoofer and a center channel). These systems sound really good, and they will offer you a complex and powerful audio experience. You can also have a really great sound by using some floor-standing speakers. These are really big and heavy, and they can bring an even more powerful sound than a surround sound system.

In case you don’t want something really powerful to rock your house, and you are looking for some “mobile” speakers, that can be used in any room of your house, and also outside the house, then you can choose some wireless stereo speakers. As the name says these are special speakers that have no wires. They come with a transmitter that must be connected to the computer (or other audio source) and this transmitter will send the audio signal through radio waves all the way to the speakers.

But of course you can ‘t go as far as you want, and you must stay in the specified range from the transmitter. Depending on the environment, some speakers may not even work in the specified range, and you will need to get even closer. For example if the specified range is 200 feet and between the speakers and the transmitter there are many walls and obstacles, they might work at maximum 150 feet.

It is known that the wireless technology is not very good yet, and there can be interferences on the speakers. Some of them may interfere with devices around your home, but you can avoid this by changing the position of the speakers, or searching for the right frequency. But anyway…if you really want some speakers with no wires, that will give you total freedom of placing them indoor or outdoor, then you can definitely choose some wireless speakers.

There are many models of wireless speakers on the market, and one of them is the Advent AW 820. The system is composed out of two separate speakers, that can run on batteries (which are not included). Each speaker has a 4 inch woofer and a 1 inch tweeter, meaning that they will give a complex sound with  both high frequency sounds and bass. Each speaker offers 10 watts RMS of power, which is quite ok for some small speakers like this. The maximum transmission range is up to 300 feet (depending on the environment) and the frequency response goes from as low as 30 Hz to as high as 20.000 hz. As we said they can run on batteries, but also with AC power, and the adapter is included. And the price form theme is around 230 dollars, depending on the store you get them from.
