Features of Tannoy Kingdom Royal Speakers

After extensive research and development, Tannoy Kingdom Royal presents you possessions of new features with new technologies to the loudspeaker market. The features are-

1. The Kingdom Royal cabinet delivers eye-catching visual form.

2. Curve-sided cabinet is created from machined high-density fiberboard and birch plywood supplied from slow growing, cooler regions of the earth for its acoustic properties and better-quality density. Fabricated with both horizontally laminated sections and vertically laminated sections and supported with Tannoy’s DMT material, the cabinet is unbelievably rigid in spite of the huge panel areas. This engineering method has afforded a very inflexible enclosure with great internal volume which facilitates the deepest bass notes to naturally expand into the room.

3. Sealed SuperTweeter enclosure is exactitude pulverized from a laminate of high density fiberboard and acoustically alienated from the key cabinet enclosure. A double-decked design is built on boards as broad as the cabinet interior. Upper and lower boards are hardwired with silver-loaded solder and Acrolink’s six-nines copper cable. When assembled the whole double-deck crossover undergoes complete deep cryogenic treatment to alleviate component and conductor pressures at crystal level.

4. Tannoy has not left any aspect of the Kingdom Royal uncontested.

5. Fine-tuning for the Dual Concentric’s Tweeter and SuperTweeter power levels are offered using a new low-loss switching panel mounted on the front baffle.

Review of Tannoy Kingdom Royal speakers reflects the bundle of their great features, top quality and specifications. First rate build quality is attributed with an opulent finish which mixes textures and colors in a very fashionable evolution of Tannoy’s Prestige loudspeaker assortment. Time-honored wood veneer side panels are finished in modern-day deep luster lacquer, whereas the smooth black satin finish flummox harmonizes the natural Italian leather and gold trim. Tannoy Revolution Signature

Where do they come from? I keep asking myself. I know I’m supposed to find brands and all this would imply, but when looking for some interesting speaker designs, I keep bumping into obscure manufacturers. For instance, take Tannoy…who are these guys?

And if you checked their website you’d be amazed of the variety you can find out there. OK, maybe the world isn’t such a small place after all. So these Tannoy dudes have been around for some time and now they are proud to present a new range of audiophile speakers dubbed the Revolution Signature.

Can’t help presenting what Tannoy has to say about this. Here we go: “Revolution Signature is pure escapism. A unique blend of aesthetic majesty and stunning acoustics with the power and passion to transport you to an oasis of sanctuary far removed from today’s hectic lifestyles.” At least they master some poetry skills.

Alright, enough with the bragging! Let’s see some actual specs for these speakers. The Revolution Signature uses Tannoy’s Dual Concentric driver technology, with a WideBand titanium tweeter at the heart of the rigid multi-fiber bass cone. There's also an ultra-rigid curved-wall cabinet that eliminates standing wave coloration. Aha! Now we’re talking. The design looks OK to me: hand-finished real wood veneer cabinets, magnetic grille mounts, brushed metal trims and an overall compact footprint. Not that bad for some obscure brand name.

If something tells you these speakers could find a place in your living room you could get them for a price ranging between £599.99 and £999.99 per pair.
