Back with some serious hi-fi loudspeakers and, of course, I present to you another obscure brand name. Lipinski Sound is particularly good at making HD surround speakers, offering varied series of models for every budget. I thought it would be a good idea to present a mid-tier sound monitor this time so I chose the L-505 model.

What sets this model apart from the multitude of hi-fi speakers I previously presented is the inclusion of a unique 1” Neodymium Ring tweeter in the form of a radiator which provides super low distortion with frequency response up to 40kHz and extra wide dispersion. It also packs two 5″ glass fiber mid-woofers in MTM configuration.

The L-505 loudspeaker features a sealed enclosure tuned for the best impulse response rather than a low-end extension. This enclosure is made of 1″ thick MDF with internal bracing to bring unwanted resonance and box coloration to an almost nonexistent level. The system also comes standard with premium quality crossover parts like foil Inductors wound on a wooden core – with their skin effect conductivity -, which provide performance unmatched by less expensive wire wound coils.

Here are some more specs:

-	Frequency response: 71Hz-20kHz ±1dB (46Hz-40kHz ±3dB)
-	SPL: 90dB 1W/1m
-	Impedance: 4 Ohms
-	Dimensions: 20″H x 8″W x 8.4″D (50cm x 20cm x 21.5cm)
-	Weight: 28 lbs (12.6 kg)

A single loudspeaker costs around $1495 at the online dealers.
